We stay small on purpose
Each of our homes has room for just twenty residents. That keeps life close-knit, and it means every resident gets plenty of one-on-one attention.
One caregiver, many hands
Our Resident Aides are cross-trained in every part of a resident's day: cooking, cleaning, laundry and personal care. Residents can turn to any of them for anything they need, which builds real friendships between staff and residents.
Families are partners
We keep in close touch with families, all the time. Visiting hours are open, and residents are free to come and go as they please.
Days worth looking forward to
Our Life Enrichment Coordinators plan activities that keep residents connected to the wider community, with plenty of socializing, wellness, a little friendly competition and lots of laughs. We also look for ways residents can feel useful and give back.
Real value
We work hard to give our residents more than they expect for what they pay. There are no admission or application fees, and TV service is included in every room.
Part of the community
We don't live in Hillsdale or Coldwater ourselves, but we have friends and family who do, and we care about these communities. We support local businesses and take part in local fundraisers.
